You can embark on a thrilling quad-biking adventure along the scenic Sabie River. This thrilling activity takes you along rugged trails through verdant forests & rolling hills, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. After an action-packed day, return to the hotel at your own pace.
In the morning, prepare for a full-day game drive at Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s largest. Renowned for sightings of the Big Five—Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, and Lion—the park boasts more species of large mammals than any other African reserve. Home to over 500 bird species, 100 reptiles & a stunning diversity of flora, Kruger offers a rich wildlife experience. Stop at rest camps for a meal amidst the park’s beauty before getting driven back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Today, get ready for a sunset safari at Kruger National Park. As the savanna transforms under the golden hues of sunset, spot iconic wildlife such as lions, elephants & giraffes and observe herds of wildebeest & zebras roaming the plains. The expansive landscapes, dotted with baobab trees & meandering rivers, provide a perfect backdrop to spot rare predators. As temperatures drop, wildlife activity picks up, offering fantastic sighting opportunities. Later, you’ll be driven back to the hotel.
Check out of the hotel & get driven to Nelspruit Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, check in and take some time to explore the city. Visit the Heart of Cape Town Museum, which commemorates the world’s first successful heart transplant performed by Dr. Christiaan Barnard. Alternatively, take a ferry (extra cost) from the V&A Waterfront to Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years in prison. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Head out for a city tour of Cape Town, visiting attractions such as the Castle of Good Hope, Bo-Kaap, the District Six Museum, and the iconic DHL Stadium, renowned for hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Explore the V&A Waterfront, a vibrant harbour area, and enjoy a scenic coastal drive along Clifton and Camps Bay. Later, take the rotating aerial cableway (extra cost) up Table Mountain for breathtaking views of Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean, before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Get ready for a tour of the Cape Peninsula. Begin with a scenic boat ride (extra cost) from Hout Bay to Seal Island, home to over 75,000 Cape fur seals. Continue to Cape Point & the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you may encounter native antelope & various bird species. Visit Boulders Beach to see the colony of African Penguins. At Cape Point, take the Flying Dutchman funicular (extra cost) to the top & enjoy unobstructed vistas before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
